SD-Internet feature won't work with the SD-WAN Plus license

Hi ALL ,

    I Need some help ,I put  the SDWAN PLUS License to my Meraki account，but the SD-Internet featue doesn't work. I can saw the button in the dashboard, and already config it ,but also doesn't work. 

   So I want to know,  I import the license after still need Cisco tac authorization ?
