Public IP Hostname Unknown

Hey there,


I keep getting the notification "Hostname Unknown" in "Security & SD-WAN > Appliance Status > Uplink > Public IP", the IP Public from ISP is installed in my Meraki. I checked on the gateway, and there is nothing in the NAT session, and I checked my hostname in "DNS Checker," and the A record is correct resolv to IP public where it is installed in meraki. is anyone ever got same issue? .
