Open ports for SIP Based Phones

I have a Meraki MX67W and need to open several ports to allow my phones to communicate and make phone calls.

I need inbound ports for 5060, 5061 TCP and UDP.

I have serveral phones so can't port forward.

Typically you would have an on-prem phone system such as a PABX that would be the termination point for inbound SIP.
Therefore, you would port forward inbound 5060 and 5061 to the PABX rather than individual phones.

Can you provide more information as to the VOIP setup?

You don't normally port forward ports to phones.  They should be able to work without that.
