This information is not disclosed.

The firmware for everything iniside of the MX box is deployed via the Meraki Dashboard.

I do not know if this applies to the MX line, but the chipset used is displayed on the Appliance Status > Uplink page

If you google the model, for example, PLS8-E, you will find the manufacturer - Gemalto just down the road from Meraki just South of the San Mateo Bridge.

I checked MX64CW is using Gemalto PLAS9-W in meraki website.

I need Modem information like Qualcomm MDM9230.

The PLAS9-W is LTE Cat6, like the MDM9230

You could use a dongle incorporating a Qualcomm MDM9230, it has a USB interface.

What features are you looking for?

I would like to know whether the module PLAS9-W uses MDM9230 chipset.

Thanks.

As you can see the PLAS9 is a chip

@CKYI you seem very found of a very specific chipset.  Have you had a good experience?

We're doing the test for LTE modem with service providers.

I suggest you direct your questions directly to the Meraki staffer who provided the MX, in the first place.

I have had MNO clients for some decades, in my experience the MNO's contractor works with the equipment manufacturer and the appropriate standards authorities to set up test environments and execute one or more of a series of tests to establish the equipment's performance and compliance with standards.

The questions you are asking, can be quickly answered by a Meraki engineer. You should also contact the manufacturer, in this case Gemalto, part of the Thales Group.
