Meraki vpn peer - Encryption mode supported

Is AES-256-GCM available on non meraki vpn peers ?

I think when we select AES-256, it is only AES-CBC encryption.

Can you confirm this ?

There is a limitation to 100mb/s with AES-256-CBC right ?
