Meraki MX Multuple Licenes Issue

Appear in dashboard 3 years licenses grouped, (Multiple Duration), and cannot ungrouping to asign individually to each MX on my networks.

Has anyone had this problem?

You can't unassign as the screenshot you have posted shows being currently being unassigned. If you select assign licenses what happens? Can you post a screenshot of that please.
