Meraki MX - Keep Alive Config

Hi Guys,

 

Does anyone if we could have the feature to set the timeout or keepalive (cisco ios) in Meraki?

Or anyone have this issue?

I have client who is running a report and it got cut off as if just won't come up the reports after 10 minutes.

I call Meraki and again "Make a Wish".

Not sure if this is a known issue or has anyone solve this issue?

My network environment is fully Meraki.

What is serving up the report?  HTTP? If so enabled HTTP keepalives on the server.

It's some sort of PDF report from the invoicing team over here.

We did enabling the HTTP keep alives on the server + netscaler on the cloud but it's on & off.

Branch with non-Meraki is fine but branch with Meraki didn't work.

Meraki still doesn't have this feature nor their support able to assist as well.

I made a wish and still not granted.

 

Because our application are fully on the cloud, we have firewall & netscaler in front of the cloud hence we did the keepalive configuration in the netscaler since Meraki doesn't have it.

Still no solution for DIY but Meraki Support helped us increase TCP session timeout to 1 hour on all our MX's

Ah cool! 

I'll try to contact Meraki support then. 

As for today, Meraki still do not have feature to this.

We still tweaking from the netscaler.
