Meraki MX HA pair and Azure IPSEC failover

Hi

I have  2 MXs (HA pair with two WAN uplinks) and I need VPN connection between them and Azure internet gateway. From reading some scenarios, it seems that I only need one tunnel on my MX side and two tunnels on Azure side but I'm trying to understand how the failover will work. 

I have two VIPs one for WAN1 and the other for WAN2, from Azure side obviously I use the VIP addresses as the endpoint but how the tunnel from Meraki side automatically will failover to WAN2 if WAN1 on primary and spare appliances fail.

The MX HA pair and Azure IPSEC failover are not currently supported.
