MX64--- Unable to login using Serial Number for initial configuration

Hello Community,

 

We recently moved office to a new location and the ISP moved the internet to our new office. The MX64 couldn't connect to the cloud and when I try to log in locally with its serial number, it says incorrect username and password.

Any help, please?

If the serial number doesn't work, I would assume that you've already set a new password in the dashboard and now need to use admin and this password. Just because the MX is in a new location it doesn't mean that the recent config is not used any more.
