looking to remotely SNMP poll the AP behind the MX,
have added a port forward, but the ap does not seem to respond
is this possible?
done a packet capture and see the traffic coming in
It should work as it is "normal" UDP traffic. Is the managed device (the AP) configured to respond to the public IP of the request?
BTW: What about using a VPN to manage the internal devices?
