MX AnyConnect - Authentication failed due to problem navigating to the single sign-on URL

I have a user trying to connect to the MX AnyConnect Client VPN

She keeps receiving this message before even being prompted to login:

Authentication failed due to problem navigating to the single sign-on URL

We use Okta

So far she is the only one experiencing this issue

Any ideas?

I'm going to assume you are using SAML.

It means that one of the Okta URLs is not reachable.  I am unfamiliar with Okta, but there will be an Entity ID URL or a SSO URL (or perhaps both).

Try getting those two URLs, and copy and paste them into the users browser and see what happens.  You want to treieve the web page, although the web page might return an error itself since you are not talking SAML.

AnyConnect is complaining it is not able to open one of those URLs.

Yes SAML 2.0 via Okta

There is an SSO URL, it doesn't do anything on a working or non-working machines. Just sits there like its going to load the page but never does,  blank white screen

AnyConnect is working just fine for everybody else except this one person so far
