MS Temas in firewall or traffic-shaping rules

I am trying to find MS Teams in the pre-defined categories for FW rules or taffic-shaping rules. I thought I would just take MS Skype and everything would be fine. 

To be on the safe side, I asked Meraki TAC and got the following answer:

Layer 7 rules have been created to work only with specific application only. You may consider using url to block that traffic.

Is that correct? Has anyone had any experience with it?

The predefined  rules are very limited.  And not always clear what it even hits.  Skype  is only Skype, not even Skype for business, and also not teams
