Ip of Device Attempting a blocked site

Dear all

I need to know how I can find the IP of a device that tried to access a adult site and got blocked in the Meraki. That information came in the Summary Report for one of our customer.

The information should be in the event log (network wide -> event log).

Or if you export logs to a syslog server, you can find it there.
