Internet blocked splash page, Meraki MX

I have certain subnets blocked from the internet.  Is there a way to show a splash page so that when a user tries to access the internet from the blocked subnet, a message?  Something like this (see link), but for Meraki MX.  The link below is for MR.

Go to Security & SD-WAN > Splash Page

From there you can choose the VLAN and create the splash page, so this will apply to wired clients.

This is the only thing I can think of to do what you want.

If you're doing the VLAN and adding it to wireless it should apply to the MR page. Unless you're doing wired I dont see that option.
