How to allow youtube only but block all other streaming sites

How can we allow Youtube only while blocking other streaming Sites.

You'll need to use content filtering for that usecase.

So you have the category that describes streaming sites, you can block those.
Then you have a whitelist where you can add the youtube domain and the googlemedia domain.

Chances are high you will have to do several tests so you have all youtube domains that are used in youtube streams.  The eventlog will help you there.
