How do you prioritize all traffic for a single client, regardless of VLAN?

Or do you have to specify the VLAN? And would you do it as a rule at the MX level? Thanks.

You don‘t have to specify a VLAN. Just create a group policy including the QoS settings and assign it to the specified client.
