@dufour_francois are you trying to enforce a local employment law by dropping the VPN connections when they have been alive for, say, 8 hours? Or have I totally misinterpreted your question?
Yes you have understood the problem, some employees do not have to work on weekends and the VPN remains open, these employees could blame the employer for being connected 24 hours a day
