Historical Device Data - Insufficient Data To Plot

Anybody else having trouble seeing historical device (latency and packet loss) data on the MX uplink tab? Mine's been working for years, but all the sudden it says 'Insufficient Data to Plot'. It's trying to connect to the default 8.8.8.8 IP address. A normal ping from the command line works fine. Looks like it stopped working on 1/26/23.

Here it's working fine. What version are you running?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

It sounds like you'll need to open a support case about that one.

I'm running MX 17.10.2. Starting to wonder if my ISP may be blocking the traffic somehow.

I opened a ticket, but also found this thread on Reddit. Looks like others are seeing this issue as well.
