I'm new to Meraki and have limited IT experience, basics as such.
I use Express VPN but since I got the Meraki Firewall, AP and Switch I can't connect to Express VPN.
Any way or idea on how I can connect please?
I have content Filtering on for other users and devices but not for the Machine I use and connect with. With my own machine I am Whitelisted.
Have you taken a packet capture from the MX on the LAN/WAN Interfaces to ensure that the VPN traffic is passing through the MX and not being blocked? If so, this would identify an issue upstream.
If you're not sure how to do this get in touch with Meraki support who will be able to assist with troubleshooting.
Ok guys first of all thank you for your support but I went onto the Express VPN site and downloaded the latest Version of Express VPN and it worked just fine. I was on to Express VPN Support only last week and did the same thing but I guess a new one must have been made available since.
