Dropping Calls


I have an issue where users' calls are failing to initiate at a remote spoke site that has site to site VPN to a hub.

However, once the spoke is temporarily switched to a hub, the phone call can be made again after that. 

Has anyone seen this issue or have an idea why this might be occurring?

Kind of a big deal

A hub forms a VPN connection to all other hubs.


Does the spoke have a connection to all hubs in your organisation?

The Spoke is connected to the Hub that is connected to the phone system so in theory it should be connected.
