We had this problem on a regular basis with our MX64 apliance's on firmware version 14 and then version 15 seemed to fix it ( not had this problem on 15 that I can remember ), updated our MX64's about a month ago to version 16.16 and I have now just come of the phone to support for the 5th time now since we upgraded.
This is massively frusrtating as it takes the whole site down and when I've got manangent on my back because our retail store's are losing money in the process it's not good.
Or is this a ploy to push people to upgrade to newer MX's I wonder?
