Hello,
Apart from Appliance Status> Uplink >Historical device data stat, is there any other place where I could see and/or download bandwidth usage stats for Wan uplink traffic.

Network-Wide/Clients shows usage across your clients. If you have it enabled, you could also look at Network-Wide/Traffic Analytics.
Organization / Summary Report also shows Usage over time that can be narrowed down to a particular device tag, which could be just the firewall.
