Does MX64 have "threat protection" and "content filtering"?

I own an MX64 but I dont have an dashboard license yet. When I look at the configuration session I dont see "threat protection" and "content filtering" options, does the leck of a license cause this problem?

Yes it requires a licence. https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/Content_Filtering_and_Threat_Protection/Threat_Protection

Threat Protection is available only with Advanced Security Edition licensing.
