Does MX support PPPoE relay in route mode?

Hi there,

Does MX support PPPoE relay in route mode if client on LAN-side dial-up a pppoe connection? Thank you.

PPPoE on MX is only supported in NAT / Routed mode. Passthrough mode does NOT support PPPoE.

I don't believe that's what he asked.

He asked if a client behind an MX can dial up a PPPoE connection.

I wonder what the usecase would be...

Usually the MX itself has to speed PPPoE to an upstream modem and that is supported.  But why would you want a client behind an MX to speak PPPoE?
