Disabling or deleting a VPN

I have a legacy VPN I wish to disable or remove.  I believe I have the correct rights to do so but I do not see the remove / delete/  or disable option

On the right there should be a "Actions" where you can press "X"

1. Go to Security & SD WAN > Configure > Site-to-Site VPN

2. At the top portion of the page you can see the Type

3. Select Off

i see it.  I had to widen my display
