Content filtering and Facetime / imessage / wifi calling

Hey Everyone, I am trying to whitelist facetime for my users as it is clearly getting caught in one of the web filtering categories.  Anyone know the URL or way to achieve this without scrabbing the whole category?

Not sure about whitelist urls but Apple has some guidance on using the services you mentioned behind a firewall.

This would be more for your Layer 3 Firewall rules.

Usually all the Apple services work or none of them.  If you apply the whitelist group policy to a user does the issue go away?

If it does it is getting filtered out.  It it doesn't then you have a different issue.
