Concentrator-less Cloud Only SD-WAN Inquiry

Can a Meraki SD-WAN platform support an all cloud connectivity only with no hub or concentrator in a DC?  All site/branch connections are to the cloud.  I have such customer use case and wanted to make sure with the Community this was supported.

Any caveats?

Thank you.

Kind of a big deal

Well there's a vMX that can be deployed in Azure or AWS. Caveat there is that the VPN throughput tops out at 500Mbps while the beefiest physical MX can handle 2Gbps.

Meraki vMX also doesn't have access to advanced security features, but that shouldn't be an issue as you can handle by giving the branches that functionality.

Do the branches just need to talk to each other other VPN, or to some servers in a cloud over VPN?  If in a cloud, which cloud?

So I'm an MSP, with many SMB customers.  All customers want is Internet breakout, LTE availability and WiFi at their employees' home.  If they need cloud connectivity, they will figure it out.  There's no DC involved since many of these companies don't even have a DC.  For now, the assumption is there is no VPN needed and no branch to branch or home to home connectivity necessary.  Would Meraki SD-WAN still be a good fit?  Can we otherwise do this?
