Clock signal component issue on MX84 - a year long RMA process?

Hi, I have an MX84 security appliance in my network and have been notified through the Dashboard that this device is affected by the clock signal component issue. I have completed the RMA form and now patiently waiting for the replacement - it has been about a year since I've completed that form... The firewall up and running, but the wait time is pretty extreme. This is what I now see on my Dashboard:

Click the "View RMA Support Case" and ask for an update.

Mine was quite quick for the replacement (probably about a year ago now). 

 

They also gave me over a month to swap the device out, which was helpful because I had to coordinate this with the data centre staff (we didn't do the swap).
