Client VPN issue on the warm spare mode

Hi,

I set warm spare mode for 2 MX64 device and also set client vpn.

But client vpn didn't connect.

Before setting warm spare mode, client vpn has worked well.

I didn't change any configuration about client vpn.

do you have any experience like this issue ?

Did you configure a VIP addressing?  If so, then you'll need to VPN to that IP address.

How do you have the MX64 connected?

Is your WARM-SPARE status showing Active/Ready?

As @PhilipDAth mentioned, if your doing warm-spare, you have to use the virtual IP configuration mode so that the client can use the vIP for it to function.
