Client VPN Port Change???

I have an MX67 and I'm having issues with clients connecting with there mobile device ( iPhone and Android) on Sprint's LTE network. I believe the issue is that Sprint uses ports 500 and 4500 for there mobile hotspots and I would like to see if it is possible to change the VPN client ports on the MX? The clients I have using Verizon have no issues, just my Sprint clients.

I am not aware of any way to change the port and you would likely have many problems with the clients to use these changed ports.

I would start with a packet-capture to see if

a) the client packets leave the client

b) arrive at the MX

c) there is an answer-packet leaving the MX

d) it comes back to the client

You can't change the port as @KarstenI says.  Does Sprint have another APN you can try?
