Can't PTP to Aruba

Hi,

Here is my VLAN and port mode to the aruba switch:

And here is my aruba config:

trunk 24 trk1 trunk
!
interface 24
   name "TRUNK TO ROUTER"
   exit
!
vlan 40
   name "MGMT"
   tagged Trk1-Trk4
   ip address 172.16.17.2 255.255.255.0
   exit

Untill now i cant ping to vlan 40 on aruba and i cant ping to inside network.

Could someone verify my aruba config?
