Blocking Turbo VPN

How can we block 3rd party vpn like, Turbo VPN is freely availble VPN tool so need to block it.

You can use content filtering and block the VPN category/categories.

Otherwise, if you're specifically trying to block TurboVPN, you could try using IP blocking in firewall rules.

But really the most effective way would be blocking the app at the client level.

Try doing a packet capture on port 53 (DNS) and then start it up.  Make a note of the DNS entries it uses (particularly any it might use to login).

Block access to those DNS entries.
