How can i fetch bandwidth consumption for each user for a specific time period?

Network wide => Clients. Choose the one you are looking for. Scroll down to Usage.

There you will see the Usage of this client.

Under Network wide => Clients you will have an overview of all client.

There you also can filter on a network or policy base.

Not sure if this will help you, but hope so.

you only have the option for the following timespan

Last 2 hours

Last Day

Last Week

Last 30 days

no custom setting

once you've selected the time period on the right hand side is a Download As button. That way you can select csv and import the data in excel and that should be for all users

You can get custom timespans if you pull this data via the API instead of the Dashboard.
