no. only AP licenses are generic.

The new owner has to give you administrative access to their organisation.  You then open up a support ticket in your source organisation requesting transfer to the other organisation.  Provided you are a full administrator in both organisations support wil do the licence transfer.

If this would be possible, I would immediately like to do the same. 

For private use License system is a hard one.
