2 MX84s with 1 ISP(500Mbit/s up and down) and 1 ISP(100Mbit/s up and down)

We currently have 1 MX84 in place with a main ISP for WAN1 uplink at 500 Mbit/s up and down.  We have the second WAN link connected to the other ISP for backup that is 100 Mbit/s up and down.

We have a spare MX84 and it seems to me to make sense to use it as a warm spare.

Is there easy documentation somewhere on who to configure the 2 MX 84s with the 2 different ISPs so we are in the best HA possible configuration?  We want to use cisco anyconnect as well for our vpn solution.

Take a look at the part that talks about Virtual IP.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

What you really want to do is plug both MX into both ISP (or at least both MX into one ISP).  To do this you'll often need a /29 of IP address space.

For Anyconnect you don't have to use a virtual IP, but it might take 10 minutes for clients to be able to connect again after a failover.
