AnyConnect client http redirect

Hello,

I've set up a pretty hostname (vpn.companyname.com) in cloudflare with CDN-on and created there a http redirect to security appliance's long hostname (somethinsomething.dynamic-m.com). This way both hostnames are trusted and SSL certs are managed by cloudflare and cisco.

Client successfully connects and all looking good but I couldn't find any documentation regarding this behavior.

I'm worrying client may stop following http redirects in the future if it's not intended behavior. Do people use such setup or I've made something stupid?

I'd be thankful if someone could point me to documentation regarding this.

I don't quite understand your question, but have you read these documents?

I have already made work: client hits CF (with CDN therefore has SSL), in CF I have 302 redirect to {}.dynamic-m.com (meraki appliance).

Question is: is it expected that cisco client follows http redirects or it's not documented and may not work in the future?

Look, I don't see why it wouldn't work. There is no document about this.
Have you opened a support case with Meraki to check?

Haven't opened ticket yet but I will. Thanks for your time!
