the APP application don´t pass the connect and update screen

the APP application don´t pass the connect and update screen

I´ve install a meraki go ap with the APP. Now I tried to install a new meraki go ap with different account and after scan the serial number of the new AP I am stack in the next screen: "connect and update". The app its trying to detect the new AP and It´s found a problem and the only option I´ve got is retry.

If you're still encountering problems and can't get to the home page on the APP to raise a case with support, you can raise a case by going on your browser to:

https://account.meraki-go.com/go/portal/products

 

Once logged in click your profile name in the top right and then click Contact Support where one of our engineers will be happy to help!
