If you're still encountering problems and can't get to the home page on the APP to raise a case with support, you can raise a case by going on your browser to:
https://account.meraki-go.com/go/portal/products
Once logged in click your profile name in the top right and then click Contact Support where one of our engineers will be happy to help!
