Support not answering my cases

Hello, I've opened up about 10 cases for the same problem in the past month and a half no one from Meraki support has contacted me... What's going on?

I can't speak for the slow responses from the support team, but if you're willing to post your issues here maybe the community can help.

 I doubt it any one beside Meraki can help me as i have a partial hardware failure... There are some ports that don't have any POE coming out of them. and no its disabled in the app, as i have also reset the switch.
