Meraki GO doesn't support manual configurations for DNS at this time;
All clients connected to Meraki GO equipment will end up using the DNS servers configured on the Meraki GO access point if using NAT mode or the upstream device handing out DHCP to your clients.
We're always seeking to improve the product further, I encourage you to submit this as a feature request using the "Give Feedback" option within the Meraki GO app.
