Meraki-Go

I can no longer sign into the meraki-go account on my pc or mobile phone.  I've sent many many emails over the past week, seems those emails are just going into a black hole at cisco meraki go?

I tried to delete the GX20 and start over, it stopped issue dhcp address, tried factory reset, then I had the bright idea to remove it from my account, they all went to $&^T

I seem to have made the same fatal mistake except I took it one step further and tried to reset my account entirely and seemed to have bricked all 15 devices still awaiting help from Cisco.
