Trying to reset my password for the Meraki go APP but keep getting session forbidden. I am obeying the password requirements, tried PC, MAC, phone, but keep getting the same message. Can anyone advise please?
I haven't seen this issue personally but I suggest maybe trying to reset via the website at https://web.meraki-go.com/#login or emailing merakigo@cisco.com.
Small correction, the Meraki Go Support email may actually be help@meraki-go.com
