GX50 Firmware

I am getting an error when I check the firmware version of my GX50.

It says "Not running configured version"

I tried contacting support almost a week ago and I have not received any response.

I have tried restarting the device.

Any ideas what this means?

My GX50 and GR12 both said this when they were being set up brand new. The info changed to the firmware version number not long after the devices had been running, though. It doesn't appear that you can turn off software updates, so as long as you have internet service into the GX I don't see why it wouldn't update and report the installed version.

Maybe it needs a friendly restart?

I did receive a response from support.  They said that an updated firmware is going to be released and that is probably causing the error.  They are going to push the updated firmware early for me to see if it resolves the issue.

The new firmware update corrected the "Not running configured version" error.
