I have 2 new GS110-8 sitches out of the box that will not connect to the sevices at Meraki-go.Currently we have enterprise Meraki with ports open, yet the new GS110-8 switch fail.
have you checked the basics?
- does the switch receive an IP address, DNS etc - appropriate for your network
- registered correctly with the "company" configuration
- able to Ping switch from a laptop
