Ensuring 2.4 Ghz

Hello,

I’m setting up a few smart devices to my Apple HomeKit and need to ensure that it is connecting to 2.4 ghz. I don’t see a way to do this; do any of you know?

I am hardwired with one AP and meshed with one indoor and one outdoor.

Hello JoJo, 

The Access Points broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5 GHz under the same Network Name/SSID. The HomeKit devices should just connect to 2.4GHz if that is all they support.
