Bought a used GX50, I can't add hardware to my network

I bought a used GX50. During setup, I am told that this device belongs to another company. How do I get this resolved?

Take a picture of the serial-number and contact Meraki Go support support@meraki.com

 

Tell them your story and ask them to remove the device from the previous company. It might take a couple of days for support to get back to you.

 

Or you contact the person you got the GX50 from and ask them to remove the device from the company.
