App & Dashboard Blank

This evening I went to check the status of one of my AP’s and both the iOS app & the web dashboard claim that I have no hardware.

 

A logout & back in again fails to sort it.

 

I’ve tried to open a support case but it just goes round in a loop & won’t let me open a support ticket.

 

Any one else having issues?

I can't really help you with the missing AP.

 

When you open Contact Support on the App it looks like this:

Start with entering a Subject and it will allow you to continue

Morning all,

 

My app and dashboard have come back to life and have populated with all my hardware again.  I can now also go through the process or raising a ticket.

 

I can only assume it was some sort of issue with the app & dashboard talking back to meraki’s cloud to get all of my account details.
