I took the course using a company email, which is no longer valid, mark.hansche@sci-us.com.  I want to transfer the certification to mark.hansche@gmail.com

The CMNO course is due to be retired at the end of the year, I would just wait and book a seat on its replacement.

But, if you can't wait for any reason I'd start with emailing cmno@meraki.com. If they can't help you they should be able to point you at those who can.

Its certainly worth getting this CMNO moved over as it has become ECMS1, you will then be in the best position to sit ECMS2

At the end of the year the new certification based on these two should be ready
