PVI - Partner Value Index - Have you got a cluse what your number is yet!

We are an old cisco partner but recently ramped up sales and staff for Meraki Products!

Have you got a clue what your PVI - Partner Value Index is and how it will affect your business?

Gold Partner is dissaperaring and will affect many partners with consequences partly unknown to you!

Sounds fun (figuring out what the new criteria means and how it applies to partners).

Yes.  We have finished migrating to the new platform metrics.  We've completed our training.  We are just waiting for the official changeover.

We are just entering that process.

How long time did that take and any hints on actual helpful material?

This is the list of Black Belt courses that give you points:

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en_us/partners/downloads/cisco-partner-program/eligible-black-belt-train...

Doing any other Black Belt course is a waste of time (unless you just like learning).

Select courses in the areas where you want to earn points.  Aim to do about 20 courses each.  You need a high percentage of your staff to have done this to maximise it.  If only 10% of your staff do it, you won't get many points.

It takes about 2 months after finishing the courses for the full benefit to be reflected in your scores.  There are going to be many partners screwed who leave it to the last month ...
