In Cisco ISE we have two deployment modes for the endpoints namely Monitor Mode and Enforcement mode. In ISE for Monitor Mode, we can make the authorization default policy as permit-access and in Cisco Catalyst Edge switches there is a command like "authentication open".
When we are using Meraki devices with ISE what is the best approach to implement monitor mode and enforcement mode?
