Common Troubleshooting scenarios

Hello All, kindly help with the common troubleshooting scenarios coming across MX, MS and Wireless LAN.

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hello @Prabhu1906 🙂,

In addition to the tshoot tools provided by the Meraki Dashboard,

For wireless related issues (DHCP, DNS, 802.1X, ...), you can use the Meraki Health feature by going to the Wireless > Access Point > Health tab:

If you need more details on those issue, you can navigate to the Timeline tab:

It will give you the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for some common issues, with clear guidelines.
